Oxenford Pony Club (Charlies Crossing Park)
Grounds of the Oxenford Pony Club at Charlies Crossing Park, Upper Coomera, on the Coomera River floodplain. The club moved here from Oxenford in October 2012 and the site has a clubhouse with canteen above the flood line, a large enclosed arena with night lighting, 16 day yards (some undercover), a 20 m round yard and two wash bays. The grounds are on tank water and ground hire is by negotiation with the club.

Phoenix Acres Equine Centre
Phoenix Acres Equine Centre is a Pony Club Australia accredited riding centre at Sharon, about 15 minutes from Bundaberg. It offers group and private riding lessons, horse care lessons, trail rides, school holiday camps and pony parties, and hosts local dressage mornings. The centre was a finalist for Pony Club Australia Accredited Riding Centre of the Year in 2025. Bookings and enquiries are handled through the centre's Facebook page.

Pine Rivers Showgrounds
Pine Rivers Showgrounds at 757 Gympie Road, Lawnton is a privately owned showground run by the Pine Rivers AH and I Association and has hosted the Pine Rivers Show, the oldest and largest local show in the Moreton Bay Region, since 1915. The main oval measures 123 m by 176 m with a grandstand, boundary fence and lighting, and is used for the show rodeo. The grounds also offer halls and meeting rooms for hire and powered and unpowered caravan sites.
Pittsworth Showgrounds
Pittsworth Showgrounds is on Railway Street, Pittsworth, on the Darling Downs, and hosts the annual Pittsworth Show run by the Pittsworth Show Society. The grounds have a main ring, horse stables and a heavy horse and harness area, and are also used for rodeo and by Kurrajong Pony Club. Bookings of the showgrounds are handled by Toowoomba Regional Council, not the show society.

Proserpine Showgrounds
Showgrounds on Jupp Street, Proserpine, run by the Proserpine Agricultural, Pastoral and Industrial Association, which stages Show Whitsunday each June. The show program includes horse classes and showjumping. The grounds, the Ross Howard Dining Hall, the Main Pavilion and the George Orr Bar can be hired, and camping and overnight stock holding are available for a fee.

Proston Showgrounds at 41 Proston-Boondooma Road, just west of Proston, is a South Burnett Regional Council showground. It hosts the annual Proston Show run by the Proston Pastoral, Agricultural and Horticultural Association, which opens the South Burnett show season each March and includes horse events.

Que Sera Farm
Que Sera Farm is a privately owned equestrian centre on 378 acres in the Biddaddaba Valley in the Gold Coast Hinterland, run by owner Kay Sutherland. Facilities include a roofed 20 m x 60 m arena with Geopat surface, LED lighting and a covered grandstand, an outdoor arena with dressage letters and warm up area, a jumping arena, an equitation obstacle course and a trail ride. The farm offers agistment, casual arena and day yard hire, clinics and overnight camping, and has an on-site tack store, Equistore. Visitors are welcome but bookings are recommended and dogs must be leashed.
Queensland State Equestrian Centre (QSEC)
The Queensland State Equestrian Centre (QSEC) in Caboolture is a 30 hectare equestrian venue operated by City of Moreton Bay, with one of Australia's largest covered sand arenas. Facilities include an 80 x 40 m covered main arena seating 3,190 people, a 64 x 59 m covered sand arena, four outdoor sand dressage arenas, 154 stables, wash bays and 57 powered campsites. It hosts dressage, show horse, driving and clinic events and is also available for casual riding hire.

Redcliffe Showgrounds
Redcliffe Showgrounds on Scarborough Road, Redcliffe, opened in 1906 as a cricket ground and has hosted the Redcliffe Show since 1950, run by the Redcliffe Show Society. The grounds have a main oval ringed by a track that is used for show jumping during the show, along with halls and pavilions for hire and a caravan and RV campground with powered and unpowered sites (no tents).
Riddells Creek Pony Club
Riddells Creek Pony Club is based at the Candlebark grounds on Sutherlands Road, on the Riddells Creek and Clarkefield boundary in the Macedon Ranges. The site has sand arenas, a dressage arena, a cross-country course, a round yard, a large number of horse yards and a clubhouse. It hosts pony club rallies and horse trials, including the club's Easter horse trials and an Equestrian Victoria event in November. Part of the site is council land and part is private land used under agreement.

Ridgelands Showgrounds on Dalma Ridgelands Road at Ridgelands, west of Rockhampton, hosts the annual Ridgelands Show each May and the Ridgelands Campdraft each April, which celebrated 75 years of drafting in 2026. The show grounds map shows a main equestrian ring, a showjumping arena, a harness area and a ranch riding and cow horse arena, with a separate horse and cattle entry.

Rockhampton Showgrounds
Rockhampton Showgrounds is owned and operated by Rockhampton Regional Council, with venue hire managed through Major Venues (See It Live). The grounds host the annual Rockhampton Agricultural Show each June, which includes a horse section with stabling. Equestrian-relevant facilities include the fenced, grassed Centre Ring with a dirt track and 1,600-seat grandstand, and covered cattle sheds that house horses and cattle with wash-down facilities.

Rocklea Showgrounds is a volunteer-run showground on the corner of Ipswich Road and Goburra Street, Rocklea, in Brisbane's south. It hosts the annual Rocklea Show along with markets, festivals and community events. Hire spaces include Ron Lynes Oval, the floodlit Number 2 Oval, the Sharp Pavilion, the air-conditioned Westaway Room and canteen facilities.

Rosewood Showgrounds
Rosewood Showgrounds is an Ipswich City Council showground at 1 Railway Street, Rosewood, home of the Rosewood Show Society and Rosewood Hack and Pony Club, and also used by barrel racing and team penning associations. Bookable areas include a Main Arena, a lit Sand Arena and an Exhibition Pavilion, with holding yards available when either arena is booked. The camping ground, run by the Lions Club of Rosewood, has 31 powered and 14 unpowered sites with toilets and showers.

Samford Showgrounds
Samford Showgrounds is a 40-acre showground on Showgrounds Drive, Highvale, about 7km from Samford Village and 25km from Brisbane, run by the Samford Show Society with resident managers. It hosts the annual Samford Show and is home to Samford Equestrian Group, which runs EA affiliated dressage, jumping, working equitation and western events, and Samford Riding for the Disabled. Facilities include sand and grass arenas, an arena under lights, a covered RDA arena, a large pavilion, and powered caravan sites with showers and toilets.
Sandstone Point Hotel
Waterfront hotel and outdoor entertainment venue on the Pumicestone Passage at Sandstone Point, opposite Bribie Island, about 45 minutes north of Brisbane. Its event grounds host the annual Sandstone Point Hotel Rodeo sanctioned by the National Rodeo Association, plus professional bull riding events. No overnight camping is allowed for rodeo patrons, though the hotel operates separate on-site accommodation.
