Horse care that remembers for you
The Care Assistant tracks farrier, worming, dental, vet visits and vaccinations for every horse on your account. Tell it what you've done in plain English — by text or in the app — and it works out when the task is next due.
Free for riders — no app to install, and you can reply straight to the reminder text.

It's the same conversation either way — a reply in the app picks up where a text left off.
Reply by text
When we text you that a task is coming up or due, just reply to that message — e.g. "wormed today" or "DONE". No number to save; reply to the reminder and we'll match it to your horse.
In the app
Open Care Assistant from your account menu — one page for every horse. Type or dictate a message, tap Done or Snooze on a reminder, or add a reminder by hand.
Just say it in plain English
Tell the assistant what happened and it works out the rest — the horse, the task, the date, and when it's next due.
If a message touches more than one horse, or the assistant isn't completely sure, it reads the change back and asks you to reply before saving anything.
Quick commands
These work any time — upper or lower case, with or without punctuation.

| SNOOZE | Pushes the reminder out (a week by default). Try "snooze 3 days" or "remind me next month". |
| WHAT'S DUE | Lists everything coming up in the next 30 days. "Upcoming" and "what's coming up" work too. |
| SHOP | Your feed shopping list — what's running low, how many bags, and roughly what it'll cost. |
| SHED | What's in the feed shed right now and how long it will last. |
| UNDO | Reverses the last stock change you told the assistant about. |
| YES | Confirms a change the assistant has asked you to check first. |
| NO | Cancels a pending change — nothing is recorded. |
| HELP | Shows a few examples and a link back to this guide. |
When you'll hear from us
At most three nudges per task per cycle, sent during the day — never in the middle of the night.
When the task is approaching — about two weeks out by default.
On or after the due date, so it doesn't quietly slip past.
One last nudge if it's still outstanding — then we leave it alone.
If several horses are due around the same time we bundle them into one tidy message rather than texting you per horse. Mark a task done and the cycle resets from the next due date.
Good to know
A few things that make the assistant easier to live with.
- Name the horse if you have more than one — "Bella wormed today". If you don't, we'll ask which horse you mean.
- You can log a past date — "farrier came on Monday" or "teeth done last week".
- Done a few at once? "all done" marks everything we recently reminded you about (we'll confirm first).
- Add your horses in Horsify first — the assistant can only track care for horses on your account.
- Vaccinations you complete here are also saved to the horse's vaccination records.
- Say which feed it is ("evening feed") if the horse has more than one — otherwise we'll ask once, and you can just reply "morning".
- Standing at the feed bin? Read the bucket out — "cup of CEN Ultimate, 1 biscuit of hay, 1/2 a cup of rice bran oil, 1 large dipper of chaff" — and it all goes onto that horse's feed card in one go. Cups, scoops, dippers, biscuits and handfuls are all fine, and "large" or "heaped" is kept as a note rather than guessed at as a weight.
- Reading the same bucket out again is safe: a feed already on the card is updated to the amount you just said, never duplicated, and nothing you left out is removed.
