What does the Organisation Management plan include?
The Organisation Management plan includes unlimited event hosting AND complete membership management in one subscription. You get online registrations with payment processing, member database, and more. Pricing is tiered: $10/year for 0-100 members, $20/year for 101-200 members, and $30/year for 201+ members.
Are there any platform booking fees?
No. We never take a commission or per-entry booking fee on your registrations. The only transaction cost is standard card processing (1.75% + 30c per transaction), and you choose whether to pass it to riders at checkout — so you keep 100% of your entry fee — or absorb it yourself. We also support bank transfer and cash-on-the-day options, giving you flexibility in how you collect payments.
What's the difference between Organisation Management and the Complete Package?
Organisation Management ($10-30/year) includes event hosting and membership management on the Horsify platform. The Complete Package ($59/month + $299 setup) is a premium offering that includes a fully custom hosted website with content management, your own domain, custom branding, and all organisation features. Registered non-profit clubs can receive 50% off the monthly fee with a coupon code at checkout (example: $29.50/month).
How long does it take to get started?
Most organisations are up and running within minutes. Sign up, set up your profile, and you can create your first event or start managing members right away.
Can I add Premium features to my Basic subscription?
Yes! Premium is a $5/month add-on that adds email marketing capabilities to your Basic subscription. It's billed monthly and separately from your annual Basic plan. You keep all your Basic features and add Premium features on top.
How does billing work with Basic + Premium?
Basic and Premium subscriptions are billed independently. Your Basic subscription renews annually based on your member count ($10-$30/year), while Premium renews monthly at $5/month. You can cancel Premium anytime while keeping your Basic subscription active.
