One rate covers everything on your entry and membership fees — Stripe's card processing is included, not billed separately. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at online checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.

Pricing Questions
How does the 60-day free trial work?
Club Site is free for 30 days, and the Instructor, Riding School and Club Site Premium plans are free for 60 days. You don't enter a credit card to start one, and the Club Site Premium setup fee is waived on the trial.Launch offer: start a Club Site Premium trial by 1 November 2026 and it runs for 6 months instead. We'll remind you by email before the trial ends; add a payment method any time before then to continue, or do nothing and the plan simply stops — you're never charged without adding a card first. Basic doesn't have a trial: at $10–$30 a year it's priced to just start. Each plan's trial can be used once per organisation.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?

Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my club grows?
Basic plan pricing is based on member count tiers: 0-100 members ($10/year), 101-200 ($20/year), 201+ ($30/year). You'll only be charged the higher rate when you exceed the threshold, and all features remain unlimited.
What's the difference between Instructor Tier and Riding School?
Instructor Tier ($15/month) is designed for solo instructors running a single-person business with exactly 1 instructor (you). Riding School ($39/month) supports multi-instructor operations with staff scheduling, multiple instructors, and school horse management. If you're a solo instructor, the Instructor Tier has everything you need at a lower cost.
Can I combine plans?
Each plan stands on its own, so most organisations need just one. Club Site includes everything in Basic plus your website, email marketing, forms and the store. Riding School and Instructor are complete plans for schools and solo coaches, and Club Site Premium includes all of them. Clubs already on the $5 Premium add-on keep it for as long as they like; it is no longer sold, because Club Site includes all of it.
Do non-profit clubs get Club Site pricing support?
Club Site is $10/month or $100/year for every club, with no setup fee — it is already priced for a small committee. Club Site Premium is $59/month (+ $299 setup), and registered non-profit clubs can receive 50% off its monthly fee with a coupon code at checkout (example: $29.50/month).
