Townsville Showgrounds
Townsville Showgrounds at 72-104 Ingham Road, West End, is a heritage-listed showground established in 1882 and run by the Townsville Pastoral, Agricultural and Industrial Association. It hosts the annual Townsville Show each July, including a horse show across three rings, plus markets, sport and community events. Historic features include the 1901 grandstand, show ring, exhibition halls, stabling and marshalling areas.

Tully Showgrounds
Showgrounds in Tully on the Cassowary Coast, home of the annual Tully and District Show held each July. The show's horse section runs led and ridden classes in the Centre Ring, with a limited number of horse stalls allocated on booking and competitor camping available. The grounds are also the base for the Tully Tigers rugby league club.

Wallumbilla Showgrounds
Council-owned multipurpose showgrounds on the banks of Wallumbilla Creek beside the Warrego Highway, about 40 km east of Roma, managed by Maranoa Regional Council. It hosts the annual Wallumbilla Show run by the Wallumbilla Agricultural and Pastoral Association, which includes horse classes, as well as campdrafts, rodeos and pony club. The grounds have a lit arena for night events, the Tom Hughes Memorial Complex with canteen and bar, and the Bendemere Shire Pavilion. Travellers' camping with power, hot showers and toilets is available.
Wandoan Showgrounds
Council-owned reserve at 92 Roche Creek Road, about 5 km from Wandoan, formally the Wandoan War Memorial, Racing and Recreational Reserve. It has a large main show arena, a rodeo arena, polocrosse grounds, over 100 stables, a cattle pavilion, kitchen, toilets and showers. It hosts the annual Wandoan Show and camping is permitted subject to facility availability.

Warndurala Equine is an equestrian property at 966 Taunton Road, Taunton, in the Gladstone region of Central Queensland. It has hosted a Youth Week horse day with Steady Strides Equestrian, and training and clinic days run by Agnes Water Active Riders.

Warrnambool Showgrounds
Warrnambool Showgrounds Reserve at 331 Koroit Street is close to the centre of Warrnambool and is home to the Warrnambool Agricultural Society, which has run the Warrnambool Show for more than 170 years. Horse events, including showjumping and pony club classes, run over three days of the show each October and November, and the grounds also host rodeos and other community events.

Warwick Showgrounds on Kingsford Street is run by the Warwick Show and Rodeo Society and is home to the Warwick Show, the Warwick Rodeo and the Gold Cup Campdraft, held in the last full week of October. The grounds have a campdraft arena, rodeo arena, stables, horse yards and cattle yards, with powered camping available for travellers needing short-term respite for livestock or pets.

Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre
Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre is Victoria's state centre for equestrian sport, hosting competitions, training and major events. Facilities include two indoor arenas, two large outdoor arenas, five outdoor dressage arenas, a general purpose grass arena, two polo fields, 181 permanent stables, 395 day yards, 250 campsites and an international-level cross country course. The venue is available for event hire and casual arena hire but does not offer riding lessons.
Wesburn Park Equestrian Area
Wesburn Park is a Yarra Ranges Council managed recreation reserve on the Warburton Highway at Wesburn, home to the Upper Yarra Pony Club and the Upper Yarra Adult Riding Club. The equestrian area has an all weather arena, a grassed arena, a cross country area and a pony club pavilion, and the arenas are open to public use when not in use by the clubs. The pony club runs monthly rallies, clinics, the annual Yarra Valley Horse Show and takes grounds hire bookings from other clubs. The reserve also has public toilets, sports ovals, trails and a mountain bike pump track.
Whittlesea Showgrounds
The Whittlesea Showgrounds and Recreation Reserve covers 8.9 hectares on Whittlesea-Yea Road, about 1 km from the Whittlesea township, with the show office at Gate 1, McPhees Road. It is home to the Whittlesea Agricultural Society, a member of Equestrian Australia, whose annual Whittlesea Show each November opens with a horse-only day and includes showjumping championships across four arenas. The reserve also has a football oval, pavilions and public toilets.
Winton Showgrounds
Winton Showgrounds on Vindex Street is a Winton Shire Council showground and racecourse precinct in central western Queensland. It hosts the annual Winton Show run by the Winton Pastoral and Agricultural Show Society each June, with horse, cattle, sheep and dog trial events. The council is redeveloping the grounds under a master plan that includes replacing the stables and stalls, upgrading the grandstand and race control, and adding arena lighting and amenities.
Woady Yaloak Equestrian Centre
The Woady Yaloak Equestrian Centre is a multi-function equestrian venue used for Pony Club, Adult Riding Club, Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing. Many successful events are currently run under Pony Club Victoria (PCV), Horse Riding Clubs Association of Victoria (HRCAV) and Equestrian Australia (EA) Rules. The Centre has excellent facilities for many of these competitions, including two function buildings with shower, toilet, meeting and catering facilities, a number of high quality storage sheds, all weather arenas (some as dedicated dressage arenas), levelled grass arenas and a cross country course from beginners (PCV Grade 6) through to Equestrian Australia (EA) National 3 Star Level.
Wodonga Showgrounds
Wodonga Showgrounds at 1A Wilson Street, Wodonga, beside the Wodonga Racecourse, is home to the volunteer-run Wodonga Show Society. The annual Wodonga Show is held on a Saturday in March and includes EA affiliated horse events across three show rings plus showjumping. The society also runs a small caravan park on the reserve with eight powered sites and amenities.

Wondai Showgrounds
Wondai Showgrounds on Kent Street, Wondai, in the South Burnett is run by the Wondai Show Society, which stages the annual Wondai Show with a rodeo each August and a Christmas carnival. The grounds include a large oval with a racetrack, a rodeo arena and livestock pavilions, and also host garden expos and race meetings. Powered and unpowered camping with showers and toilets has been offered, but camping is currently closed until further notice.
Woodford Showgrounds
Woodford Showgrounds at 38 Neurum Road, Woodford, is run by the Woodford Agricultural, Pastoral and Industrial Association and hosts the annual Woodford Show and Woodford Rodeo. Facilities include a lit main oval and rodeo arena, a second oval used for dressage, lit yards, stables for hire, a pavilion and canteen, and powered and unpowered camping with showers. The grounds are shared with Woodford Pony Club and local sporting clubs.
Woodlands Historic Park Equestrian Area
Woodlands Historic Park in Greenvale is a Parks Victoria park near Melbourne Airport, with shared trails used by walkers and cyclists, some of which are open to horse riders. The park includes the historic Woodlands Homestead, Gellibrand Hill with city views, the fenced Eastern Barred Bandicoot Sanctuary and the Somerton Road Picnic Area with barbecues, tables and toilets.
Woodstock Farm
Woodstock Farm at 231-315 Plunkett Road, Tamborine is a private rural events and wedding venue. It hosts the annual Tamborine Rodeo, run with Gill Bros Rodeo, which features bull riding, broncs and barrel racing in an arena overlooked by a spectator hill. Rodeo ticket proceeds support the Youth Enterprise Trust.
Wowan Showgrounds
Wowan Showgrounds is on Dee River Road at Wowan in the Banana Shire of Central Queensland. It is home to the annual Wowan Show run by the Wowan Show Society, with the 92nd show held on 15 August 2026. The show program includes horse events.

Yandina Pony Club
Yandina & District Pony Club is a Pony Club Queensland club on the Sunshine Coast, now based at council grounds on Fellowship Drive, Doonan. The club caters for members of all ages and riding abilities who bring their own horses, with regular muster and training days and riders competing from beginner to national level.
